Dr. Zachary Walder, DO completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Neuroscience at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. A recipient of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship, his medical education was completed at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ and his internal medicine training was at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ. In addition to keeping up with research on nutrition and diet as it relates to health, he is certified in osteopathic manipulative medicine or OMM, and is also proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. He is bringing his valuable experience from a busy family practice in New Jersey, where he primarily worked with the underserved in an impoverished urban community. Dr. Walder was drawn to the beautiful nature here in Northern California and looks forward to serving patients in our rural community. He enjoys hiking, swimming and mountain biking and is excited to start river kayaking.
