Dr. Clinton Collins graduated with the highest distinction from the University of Kansas in 1976, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He then went on to the University of Michigan Medical School where he earned his medical degree in 1981 with Academic Honors. Dr. Collins completed his residency through the University of Utah Family Practice Residency Program. During this time Dr. Collins earned a Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Utah. Dr. Collins has over 25 years of emergency medicine practice and served as the Medical Director for Mercy Care Connect of Folsom for 5 years. At EDCHC, Dr. Collins brings years of clinical experience and a passion to serve the underserved communities of El Dorado County. Closed to chronic pain patients.
